Awana - Grand Prix

The Awana Grand Prix is a model car racing event popular among Awana Clubs nationwide. Weeks before the event, clubbers purchase a race car kit consisting of a small pine wood block, wheels and axles, decals, and specifications for the finished product. During the actual race, clubbers compete in categories such as best design and speed. All participates receive a ribbon, and trophies are awarded to the winners.

Depending on the location of the event, our church may choose not to participate as a club; however, individual clubbers may still purchase the car kits and participate individually.
